FOIA Exemption 7 protects: records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes, but only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information (A) could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings…
This includes:
“Enforcement proceedings” include ongoing investigations, prosecutions, or reasonably anticipated ones. It does not require imminent adjudication.
However, they discontinued any investigation into New Mexico.
If you read Alisa Valdes-Rodrigues, The Pugilist, she has done the research on Zorro ranch & has all the receipts. Now she is being threatened & had to leave the country.
I have tried to make her aware of this network that operates on here. They sent her an email right before this attack mention Troy Barile, she shared it. Since deleted. I believe it was them.
We warned her. She doesn’t listen. Frankly, she was quite disrespectful towards me. You don’t just walk into this situation and start talking about things as a JOURNALIST. You have to live through it.
I’ve enjoyed watching holocaust documentaries lately. It shows an enormous, well organized system of depraved, yet powerful, NAZI criminals who stopped at nothing - but FAILED.
This administration fails at every turn. Someday soon, the indictment’s will have their names!
