The Unfinished Sentence: The Epstein Survivor Smear Network Piers Morgan Tried To Stop Live On Air
Three months after Lady Victoria Hervey’s microphone was cut on live television, the attack resurfaced through an anonymous accuser, a convicted federal felon, and a documented harassment network.

On February 10, 2026, Lady Victoria Hervey tried to say something about Epstein survivor Anouska De Georgiou on live television. Piers Morgan cut her microphone. Three months later, the sentence got finished — delivered through a woman no one knows, a popular YouTube channel, and a convicted federal felon. On the day this piece was prepared for publication, that same anonymous woman had already sent a counterterrorism complaint to the Department of Homeland Security about the journalist who documented the network she serves.
The Microphone Cut
On the night of February 10, 2026, a woman living in South Africa was asleep when her husband’s television woke her. It was past 3 a.m. She reached for the remote to turn it off. Before she could find it, she heard a name.
Anouska De Georgiou.

It was coming from Lady Victoria Hervey, a British aristocrat and longtime defender of disgraced former Prince Andrew, who was appearing on Piers Morgan Uncensored. Hervey had been invited to discuss the Epstein files. She was using the platform, as she had used others before it, to attack the women who had spoken against Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.
Then Hervey turned her attention to De Georgiou specifically, and said, “Well, can we talk about the quality of girls? So Anouska De Georgiou as an example. You know what she did? Like this is the caliber of person we’re talking about.”
Morgan shut her down. “Actually, I’m not gonna let you smear them. I’m sorry, I’m not. I’m just not gonna let you do it. Sorry, cut her mic. I’m not letting you smear these victims anymore.”
A producer cut the feed and Hervey’s sentence was never finished.

According to the woman who says she was watching from South Africa, she calls herself Samantha Harris, she lay awake until morning. Then she reached out to Hervey directly. She wanted to know what Hervey had been about to say before the mic went dead.
What happened next is what this piece is about. The sentence Piers Morgan cut got finished three months later, through an interview on YouTube, through a woman with no verifiable identity, no documents, and no public record. The video was titled “Why the Epstein Investigation is Going Nowhere - Samantha Harris.” A three times convicted federal felon, George Bing Tonks, promoted it to his network.
Hervey started it. Harris finished it. And the machine made sure everyone saw it.
And on the day this piece was being prepared for publication, that same anonymous woman had already filed a counterterrorism complaint with the Department of Homeland Security — targeting the investigative journalist who spent months documenting the network she operates within.
Who Is Samantha Harris?
The short answer is we don’t know.
The woman who appears in the Soft White Underbelly video identifies herself as Samantha Harris, a South African woman currently living in South Africa with her long-term husband. She claims to have been a close friend of Anouska De Georgiou from approximately 1995 to early 1997, during a period when both women were living in London’s Chelsea and Belgravia neighborhoods. She says she was fifteen when they met, and that De Georgiou was nearly eighteen.
There is no publicly verifiable record of this person. No independent confirmation of her name, her location, her history, or any element of her claimed friendship with De Georgiou. She appeared in one video, made sweeping accusations against a named survivor who has given sworn testimony in federal proceedings, and provided nothing in writing, no documents on camera, and no corroborating public record.
The Soft White Underbelly channel itself describes her only as “a former friend of Epstein victim, Anouska De Georgiou.” That description was chosen by the channel. It is not verified.
What is documented is what she says in the video — a two-hour, thirty-seven-minute transcript that LPF has reviewed in full. The core claims are these: that De Georgiou’s Maxwell trial testimony was fabricated; that De Georgiou met Maxwell not in 1994 but in 2003, as an adult; that De Georgiou received $3.3 million from the Epstein victims compensation fund, the highest of any claimant, under false pretenses; and that another named survivor, Lisa Phillips, told Samantha Harris that victims were “encouraged to lower their ages” by their legal team to increase payouts.
The Lisa Phillips claim is the most explosive, and the most unsupported. Phillips is a public figure with a documented record. She is a former international fashion model, a survivor of Epstein’s abuse on his private island, a podcast host with over half a million Instagram followers, and one of the most prominent survivor advocates in the country. She stood at the Capitol in September 2025 alongside De Georgiou and other survivors. She has never said anything publicly resembling what Samantha Harris attributes to her. LPF found no record anywhere — no interview, no podcast, no court filing, no social media post — in which Phillips made such a statement. The claim exists only inside this video.
Lady Victoria Hervey: Who She Is, and What She Does
Lady Victoria Frederica Isabella Hervey was born on October 6, 1976, in London. She is the daughter of Victor Hervey, the 6th Marquess of Bristol, a man described in his own time as “Mayfair’s No. 1 Playboy.” He served a jail sentence for jewellery theft and died when Victoria was eight years old. Her half brother John, the 7th Marquess, reportedly squandered an inheritance of roughly $47 million on drugs before losing the family seat, Ickworth House, to the National Trust. He died at 44. Another half brother, Lord Nicholas Hervey, died by suicide in 1998. The family went into tax exile in Monaco when Victoria was a toddler. She was educated at Benenden School in Kent.
In her twenties and thirties, Hervey was a fixture of British tabloid culture. She was photographed at parties, briefly linked to Prince Andrew in 1999, and reported on as a socialite and model. In a 2022 ITV documentary, she described herself as having been used by Ghislaine Maxwell as “bait,” someone Maxwell brought to parties to attract other women into Epstein’s orbit. That admission has not translated into solidarity with Epstein’s survivors. It has translated, in the years since, into its opposite.

Hervey has spent significant public energy attacking the women who have spoken against Epstein and Maxwell. She called Virginia Giuffre “a complete whore.” On the day Giuffre announced she had days to live, Hervey posted to Instagram a photograph of Giuffre in a hospital bed, captioned with the word “KARMA” in large red text, set to the 1986 hit “The Final Countdown.”

After Giuffre died by suicide in April 2025, Hervey posted again: “When lies catch up with you, there’s no way out.” She told LBC radio in February 2026 that not being named in the Epstein files would be “an insult” and “it just means you were a bit of a loser.” She has said publicly and repeatedly that she believes Epstein is still alive.
Lady Victoria Hervey reposting the LBC clip of her February 6, 2026 interview with Tom Swarbrick, in which she said not being named in the Epstein files would be "an insult" and "you were a bit of a loser." The post received 4.5 million views. Screenshot via X
Hervey appears more than thirty times in the Epstein Files Transparency Act archive. The Canary reviewed those references in February 2026 and noted that none of them constitutes proof of wrongdoing, but none of them is incidental either. Among the materials: a frantic email from a redacted federal whistleblower to Virginia Giuffre’s attorney David Boies, filed in 2025. It states: “HERVEY uses the felon on parole, George B Tonks, to harass me full time since she no longer legally can.” The same email states directly that Hervey speaks with Maxwell in prison and runs “a serious gang of coordinated stalkers” against survivors and witnesses.
Hervey is also documented as one of two verified Instagram accounts following the network account linked in federal files to a coordinated harassment and disinformation operation targeting Epstein survivors. The other account is George B. Tonks. The same federal filing that documents Hervey's connection to Tonks names a third figure in the network: Jessica Reed Kraus, an influencer with over 450,000 Substack subscribers, who the whistleblower states celebrated alongside Hervey the night a redacted individual's death was announced. The filing is EFTA01652790.
George B. Tonks: The Felon on the Feed
George B. Tonks is a convicted federal felon with three separate federal convictions and at least six documented aliases: George Bing Tonks, Alex Michael Hausner, David Luiz Silva, Mike Kaplan, Ian Stone, and Michael Warner. The aliases are not speculation. They appear verbatim in the caption of United States v. Catalano, Second Circuit Court of Appeals, April 20, 2010. He has been ordered to pay $1,569,872 in restitution. He is currently on supervised release.
His 1993 conviction came in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania under the alias David L. DuPont: mail fraud, money laundering, and contempt. He was sentenced to 37 months. His second conviction, under the alias Ian William Stone in the Southern District of New York in 2008, involved a wire fraud scheme in which he and others defrauded individuals through a fake advance fee scheme tied to adult film roles. He was sentenced to 115 months. A third conviction followed.
His presence in the Epstein harassment network is documented in federal filings. EFTA01652016 is a 24 page DOJ federal witness harassment complaint that names Maxwell, Tonks, and more than two dozen others. Independent investigative journalist Troy Barile, whose Machine series at The Fallout with TBS has documented the network across more than nineteen published installments, submitted a 167 page evidentiary packet to Congressional offices on March 2, 2026. That series lays out Tonks’s role across multiple operations: as the undisclosed sole source for a 2023 piece attacking Maria Farmer; as the account holder who posted the word “KARMA” in large red text over Virginia Giuffre’s hospital photograph the day she announced she had days to live; and as one of two verified social media accounts following the network node associated with the coordinated survivor harassment campaign.
On May 12, 2026, the same day Lisa Noelle Voldeng published the Samantha Harris recordings on her Substack, Tonks publicly promoted Voldeng’s publication to his network. He also promoted the Soft White Underbelly video after it published. His fingerprints are on both ends of this operation.
When a convicted federal felon on supervised release promotes content designed to destroy an Epstein survivor’s credibility, look at what the federal documents say about why. Six aliases. Three federal convictions. $1,569,872 in unpaid restitution. Currently on supervised release.
His name is in the same 24 page harassment complaint as Ghislaine Maxwell. A federal whistleblower named him specifically, in writing, as the instrument Hervey uses to harass survivors now that she can no longer legally do it herself. He posted KARMA over a dying woman’s hospital photograph and tagged Hervey directly. He promoted the Voldeng piece the day it published. He promoted the SWU video after it went up.
This is a man doing his job.
Lisa Noelle Voldeng: The First Publisher
Before Samantha Harris appeared on Soft White Underbelly, she appeared on Substack.
On May 10, 2026, Lisa Noelle Voldeng, a Canadian writer and publisher based on Vancouver Island who runs a Substack called Outlaws of Chivalry, recorded two audio interviews with Samantha Harris. Two days later, on May 12, she published them under the headline: “Samantha Harris Steps Forward: On Anouska De Georgiou, an Arranged Rape, a Fractured Friendship and A System of Abuse.”
Voldeng’s publisher’s note states that master files of the recordings remain in her custody and that copies have been “securely distributed to trusted allies in several countries.” She includes what she describes as Metropolitan Police crime report numbers. She publishes Anouska De Georgiou’s Belgravia address. She quotes the Lisa Phillips claim about victims being encouraged to lower their ages. She frames the piece with biblical citation and the phrase “Veritas vincit” — truth conquers.
George Tonks promoted the piece on the day it published.
Voldeng is not new to this space. In November 2025, she published six hours of unverified audio attributed to a man named Sascha Riley making explosive Epstein related claims against multiple high profile figures. Those recordings circulated widely and remain unverified. Troy Barile’s Machine series documents that Voldeng recorded and published a Tonks interview. The Barile series also documents that when Voldeng eventually broke with the Riley case, she did so abruptly; announcing she was withdrawing days before a scheduled major interview.
The Samantha Harris content did not begin with Soft White Underbelly’s 6.5 million subscribers. It began here, in a Substack with a biblical epigraph and a proton mail address, two days before the YouTube machine picked it up and ran with it.
Soft White Underbelly
Mark Laita is a 65 year old photographer and filmmaker born in Detroit, raised in Chicago. Before creating Soft White Underbelly, he spent four decades as an advertising photographer for major brands. He launched the YouTube channel in 2016 as an extension of his photo book Created Equal, and it has grown to more than 6.5 million subscribers and 1.5 billion views. The channel’s stated purpose is to document the lives of people on the margins: the unhoused, the addicted, the incarcerated, the forgotten.
It has attracted serious ethical scrutiny. A 2020 Washington Post report noted that Laita pays his interview subjects between $20 and $40, while earning millions from the channel. More recently, the most significant controversy centered on Laita’s relationship with Kyara Guidry, a 22 year old woman he interviewed in 2023 about her struggles with drug addiction and homelessness. The two formed a relationship after filming, despite a 43 year age gap and an evident power differential. Laita was paying for her housing. Guidry died of an apparent overdose in May or June 2025 at the Los Angeles apartment Laita had secured for her. Laita described her in a public video as “mature for her age.”
The Samantha Harris interview follows SWU’s established format: one camera, one interviewer, a single subject speaking at length with no editorial challenge, no documentary evidence on screen, no counter voice. The channel has no investigative apparatus and makes no claim to one. It is a platform for personal testimony, presented as is.
"Why the Epstein Investigation is Going Nowhere — Samantha Harris," Soft White Underbelly, published May 2026. 94,000 views in six days. Comments paused by the channel. Screenshot via YouTube.
The channel published the video under two titles. On YouTube: "Why the Epstein Investigation is Going Nowhere." On the SWU website: "The Epstein 'Star Victims' Are Lying." Both are declarative editorial statements that present anonymous, unverifiable claims as established fact. The subject is a woman with no public record. The target is a named survivor who gave sworn testimony in federal proceedings. The video was published and within days had 94,000 views — with comments paused by the channel.
Anouska De Georgiou
Anouska De Georgiou was born in 1977. She grew up in an affluent British family, spent part of her childhood in the south of France, and moved back to London as a teenager. She was 16 years old when she encountered Ghislaine Maxwell in a Paris hotel lobby, having been introduced through mutual friends. Maxwell was in her early thirties. De Georgiou has described the meeting with precision. Maxwell was warm and sophisticated. She spoke of powerful connections and found the common ground between them with the skill of someone who had done it before: shared schools, shared language, shared upbringing. A blueprint she had used before and would use again.
What followed, according to De Georgiou's sworn testimony and extensive public statements, was years of abuse at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein, facilitated throughout by Maxwell. In 2019, after Epstein died in federal custody while awaiting trial, De Georgiou became the first British woman to publicly come forward with abuse allegations. She was among the 16 women who spoke at the August 27, 2019 dismissal hearing before Judge Richard Berman, an extraordinary session the judge convened to give survivors a day in court they had been denied when Epstein killed himself. In December 2021, she testified at the Maxwell trial under the pseudonym Kate, a standard protection for sex trafficking witnesses. The judge noted before she took the stand that she was above the age of consent during her contact with Epstein, which is why the charges in the indictment did not cover her case. What she described was grooming, manipulation, and escalating sexual exploitation over years. None of it was in legal dispute.
She has been on Capitol Hill. In September 2025 she was the first survivor to step to the podium at a press conference alongside other survivors, calling for the full release of the EFTA archive. Anouska has spoken at USC Annenberg. She has given interviews to NBC, LADbible, Tyla, and the MeidasTouch Podcast. She and her daughter have received horrific threats. She has, in her own words, chosen to be afraid and do the right thing anyway.
She is 49 years old. She has a daughter. She is not running from her past. She has spent years putting her name to it. And now a woman with no verifiable identity, no documents, and a direct line to the network that targeted Virginia Giuffre until she was gone, is trying to take that name apart.
The Attack’s Only Traction
The Samantha Harris video makes many claims. The one with any foothold in the public record is the age discrepancy. At the Maxwell trial in December 2021, the witness identified as “Kate” said she was 17 when she first encountered Maxwell in Paris in 1994. In virtually all of her public statements since 2021, De Georgiou says she was 16.
Samantha Harris seizes on this as proof of fabrication. It is not.
De Georgiou was born in 1977. If her first contact with Maxwell was in Paris in 1993 or early 1994, she would have been 16 at the time of that initial meeting, and 17 by the time abuse occurred at the London property. The “16” and “17” are not necessarily contradictory — they may describe different points in a grooming and abuse timeline that spanned years. De Georgiou has consistently said she was abused from age 16 to 26.
The discrepancy between “16” and “17,” in the context of a multi-year abuse relationship that began when she was a teenager, is not the smoking gun the video treats it as, and it does not remotely support the cascade of unverified claims built on top of it.
The Pipeline, Assembled
On February 10, 2026, Lady Victoria Hervey appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored. She had been making escalating public attacks on Epstein survivors for years. On this occasion, she was mid sentence about Anouska De Georgiou when Morgan cut her microphone.
By her own account in the SWU video, Samantha Harris saw that moment, the incomplete sentence, the cut feed, and reached out to Hervey the next morning to ask what she had been about to say. This means Samantha Harris was in direct contact with Lady Victoria Hervey, a woman documented in federal witness harassment complaints as operating through convicted felon George Tonks to pursue survivors, before the SWU video was made.
The SWU video is, in the most literal sense, the completion of what Hervey started on live television. The sentence Piers Morgan wouldn’t let Hervey finish got finished in a YouTube studio in Los Angeles, delivered through an unverifiable anonymous source, under a title that declares survivors to be liars.
George Tonks then promoted the video. Tonks — three federal convictions, $1,569,872 in ordered restitution, currently on supervised release, named in a 24 page federal witness harassment complaint alongside Maxwell and Hervey — pushed the content to his network.
This is the pipeline:
Hervey starts the sentence → Samantha Harris finishes it → Laita broadcasts it → Tonks distributes it.
Every word of this is in the public record. The Piers Morgan episode is dated and documented. Samantha Harris describes her contact with Hervey in her own words on camera. Tonks’s promotion of the video is public. His criminal record is federal court record. His presence in EFTA01652016 is a matter of filed government documents. Hervey’s documented connection to Tonks is sourced to federal whistleblower filings within the EFTA archive itself.
What They Are Protecting
There is a recognizable architecture to what gets done to Epstein survivors. It has been documented by researchers, journalists, and federal whistleblowers, and it shows up in the EFTA archive itself. The architecture is not complicated: find a credible sounding counter narrative, find a platform willing to broadcast it without editorial scrutiny, and push it through distribution networks insulated from accountability.
The goal is not to find truth. The goal is to produce enough noise that truth becomes a contested question; that survivors seem like participants in a narrative rather than people reporting what was done to them, that accountability becomes mired in counter claims, and that the people with the most to lose from continued scrutiny buy themselves time.
Anouska De Georgiou is not someone they can afford to ignore. She is the first British woman to publicly allege abuse by Epstein. She testified at the Maxwell trial. She stood at the Capitol last September. She gave a LADbible interview in April 2026 that circulated widely. She is, at this moment, one of the most publicly visible Epstein survivors in the world.
She is also, according to federal filings, being targeted by the same harassment network that pursued Virginia Giuffre in the years before her death. Giuffre died by suicide on April 25, 2025, at 41. On the day Giuffre announced she had days to live, both Hervey and Tonks posted the word “KARMA” over her hospital photograph. Both remain active.
The Samantha Harris video is not journalism. It is an anonymous hit piece with no documentary evidence, no corroboration, no verifiable source identity, and a promotional network that includes a convicted federal felon on supervised release. It aired on a channel that pays its subjects $20 to $40, has no editorial standards for sensitive political content, and recently described the deceased girlfriend of its 65 year old host, a 22 year old woman with addiction and trauma history whom he housed and had a relationship with, as “mature for her age.”
The sentence Piers Morgan cut on February 10, 2026 was cut for good reason. What happened next is what happens when there is no one left to cut the feed.
After This Piece Was Filed: The Call
On May 22, 2026, the same day Last Page First was preparing this piece for publication, independent investigative journalist Troy Barile received a phone call from the Department of Homeland Security.
The caller identified himself as an HSI counterterrorism agent conducting a recorded interview as part of a continuing investigation. The agent advised Barile the interview was being recorded, confirmed the date and location, and confirmed Barile’s name. He told Barile that they had been advised Barile had made threatening statements online against the president of the United States and other high ranking officials, and that they were trying to determine whether those accusations were true.
Barile’s response, in substance: what are you talking about?
The agent then asked Barile whether he knew the individual who had sent the message making the accusations.
Troy Barile named her. The name he gave was Samantha Harris. He described her, in his own words, as an Epstein person.
The agent confirmed that Samantha Harris was the individual who had filed the complaint.
The anonymous woman who appeared on Soft White Underbelly to attack Anouska De Georgiou with no verifiable identity, no documents, no corroboration had already filed a counterterrorism complaint with the Department of Homeland Security targeting the journalist whose documented investigation is the primary public record of the network she serves. The complaint alleged that Barile had threatened the president of the United States.
Barile recorded the call. LPF has verified what took place. We are not publishing the audio, there are legal considerations that prevent us from doing so, but we are telling you it happened, we know what was said, and we are telling you who made the complaint.
This is not the first time Samantha Harris has done something like this. She is not filing one complaint and waiting. She has been working the phones, making multiple reports to both the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, targeting journalists and researchers who are documenting the Epstein harassment network. That is not a concerned citizen exercising their rights. That is a coordinated attempt to weaponize federal law enforcement against people doing this work. And it is happening inside a specific political moment: on May 6, 2026, the Trump administration released its 2026 Counterterrorism Strategy, which formally classifies “violent left wing extremists” as a counterterrorism priority alongside jihadists and cartels. That framework is now the infrastructure through which an anonymous woman can pick up the phone and send a counterterrorism agent to the door of a journalist who spent months documenting a federal witness harassment network.
Troy Barile is a journalist documenting a network that is actively harassing federal witnesses and Epstein survivors. He submitted a 167 page evidentiary packet to Congressional offices. He is cited in this piece because his work is documented, sourced, and public record. That is who Samantha Harris reported as a threat to the president of the United States.
Samantha Harris filed a counterterrorism complaint against a journalist. On the same day this piece was going to press.
That is what this network does when it runs out of other moves. It picks up the phone and calls the government on journalists. It has done it before. It will do it again. And it will keep doing it for as long as no one is watching.
Truth is, this work takes all of us.
