Great piece. I live in NYC and made a comment about the Dubins and Epstein at a local Indivisible gathering. I really thought I was going to be physically attacked by the crowd there. The Dubins had so many supporters because of their breast cancer work. It’s disgraceful.
Agree 100%. Mr and Mrs are both revolting specimens of life. So are their money hungry enablers at Mt Sinai. I wonder if all thise breast cancer survivirs think it is worth it while their saviors are raping and torturing children and performing Eugenucs experiments.
This is the chapter I hated the most when I first read it. A renowned doctor at Mt Sinai!! Up Epsteins butt. And her husband too. Plus more execs at that hospital. I wanted to puke.

The husband started a lot of medical research (financing) at Mt Sinai too, he is still there. He was all up in Epstein too. This husband and wife team are sickening. How can anyone who is in leadership at Mt Sinai let this continue? The money I guess. Everyone should boycott that hospital.
If one is raised by parents into a swinging community, a little shake & bake, pass-around-pack, then they’re stuck where abuse is socially normalized. The role of a child around pedo behaviors is a trap.

Places where what’s truly shocking is normalized. It teaches youth that they have no out. No options. No real NO, or STOP! And certainly no GET OUT FREE cards to play when they do choose to leave.
If they manage an exit, it’s to face disbelief. To endure everybody else’s assumptions, gossip, and labeling at how broken, anxious, paranoid, or annoying in our attachment styles we are.
Of course human existence is hard. But getting terribly used before we get started, that’s a special kind of hard life which these systems perpetuate.
Extra masking is needed to sort of fit in. But never without reminders, like the news events over the past 15 years, that keeps the painful barbs wiggling in deeper.
True, that what happened to US was never our fault. But somehow, blame and shame has been handed to victims, survivors, former associates, and Stockholm Syndrome sufferers alike.
